Roles and Responsibilities Behavioural Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an L&D expert \xe2\x80\x93 primarily across Integral /Behavioral and culture change areas
  • Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms/ technology innovations in the learning space
  • Experience in project management and budgeting
  • Expert in Learning Program designing in blended format and Assessment centre
  • Familiarity with Role Readiness Based Skill frame architecture as designing and managing Academy.
  • Proficiency in creating long term (Academy) and short-term digital journeys preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems like SAP Success Factors, Degreed and other Online learning forums.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills; sharp business acumen is a must
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with employees and learning partners
  • Ability to balance learning strategy formulation with driving learning execution
  • A graduate degree in Psychology /HR is preferred
  • A Post Graduation in HR /Psychology preferred
  • A rich/thorough experience in a business customer facing or centre of excellence (expertise) role in Human Resources or a business role is preferred.
  • Overall experience of 8-10 years is preferred with minimum 4-6 Years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as a L&D Behavioural skills domain expert.
  • An experience in the related industry like IT/Telecom/SP would be preferred
  • Expertise in career development journey design with Learning journeys crafted at different levels would be an advantage. Exposure to Integrated Talent Management Framework would be preferred.
  • A sharp mind with Learning impact over Business Benefits and ability to tailor and measure outcomes would be appreciated.
  • Strong interpersonal skills , CXO level communication skills and team player attitude is a must to manage stakeholders across HR functions and Business teams.
  • Vendor compliance management and Vendor effectiveness audit knowledge preferred.
