: Who You\'ll Work With MIG is a multi-billion-dollar business that generates its revenue primarily from the service provider Edge, Core & optical markets. MIG organization in India deals with development of High-End Routers like ASR9000, CRS-3 and Optical products like NCS1004/1002/1010, NCS4000 and NCS2000 series. Looking for strong people leader to build and drive the optical test team in the next phase of transformation. What You\'ll Do: Delivering software with benchmarked quality and customer happiness, thereby enabling faster customer adoption. Uses expertise and creativity for innovative product recommendation and solutions. Applies knowledge of Cisco\'s business strategies. Create a team which values open communication, empowerment, innovation and career development Drive the team to the next phase of test transformation. Requirements: Strong team leadership ability is required, with 3+ years\' experience as a direct manager of teams in a technical role Experience with strategic planning and setting strategies for the test team Hands on leader who is capable working opportunities directly alongside your team when called upon. An effective communicator. Confident in influencing and engaging with a highly skilled and experienced audience. Who You Are: Excellent and strong knowledge on Automation and Optical Technologies. Manage employee career development by providing coaching and mentoring to junior engineers while guiding senior contributors to maximize their potential. Provide continuous performance feedback, collaborate with employees on their objectives and provide a clear path for progression through personal development plans. Lead and grow a team of engineers in delivering the product. Provide support and guidance that enables the team to self-organize and to achieve sustained high velocity and predictability.
