Deliver business consulting projects around the Sustainability topic - performing a wide range of activities such as Requirement Gathering, Conducting Workshops, Gap Analysis, and structured recommendations Develop reactive and proactive pitches around advisory and solutioning on Sustainability for the clients Develop knowledge assets like case studies, research papers, solutions, Point of views, Capability Decks and GTM approaches around the Capgemini Sustainability Portfolio and on Sustainability trends and use cases Work along with the experts in the team to develop overall Strategic Sustainability plans Understanding of metrics on various factors such as Energy, Water etc., (cost savings, CO2, water, etc.) Location- PAN India Primary Skills 12-15 years of advisory and industry experience with a core focus on Net Zero, ESG, Climate Change, Circular Economy, Sustainability Reporting Plan and execute core Sustainability advisory projects Ability to undertake pre-sales and bid management activities Undertake research and analysis on topics like climate change, energy, waste management circular economy, carbon neutrality and net zero for key sectors and accounts - Strong Research acumen Integrate advisory, cloud and digital capabilities to develop holistic transformation roadmap for net zero - preferred Collaborate with internal industry and capability teams to arrive at comprehensive recommendations International experience of working/delivering consulting projects (including from offshore) for clients based in Europe/APAC/North America Exposure to FMCG, Manufacturing and Energy & Utilities industries on ESG and Sustainability advisory will be advantageous Secondary Skills Ability to communicate complex ideas and processes clearly and effectively through strong language and writing skills. Ability to work under pressure and cope with challenging situations Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and deliver presentations to client and internal stakeholders Should be flexible to relocate or travel for business activities at short notice
