Basic computer knowledge is must. Coordinating with the candidates and the team in order to maintain a smooth flow in the onboarding process. Sourcing potential candidates on a large scale and help reduce the time to hire. Optimizing the hiring cost at delivering the best talent at Teleperformance. Pressure handling Skills and a multitasker with go and get attitude.
