Roles and Responsibilities. We are looking out for recruiters with bulk hiring experience. The candidate must be a graduate and possess at least 6 months of experience in recruitment. Fresher having strong will to make the career in HRM with good and quick learning skills can also apply. Good hands on MS office will be an added advantage but not mandatory. Basic computer knowledge is must. Candidate\'s English communication must be fluent Desired Candidate Profile Screening potential employee\'s resume and applications to identify the suitable candidates to fill companies job vacancies. Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates. posting job advertisements on job portals and social media platforms. Coordinating with the candidates and the team in order to maintain a smooth flow in the onboarding process. Sourcing potential candidates on a large scale and help reduce the time to hire. Optimizing the hiring cost at delivering the best talent at Teleperformance. Pressure handling Skills and a multitasker with go and get attitude.
