Job Description
Codal is seeking Talent Acquisition Expert in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, to join our team and assist the HR operations with support of the current management and HR team. This is a full time role.
Job Specifications
Experience Range - 0 to 2 Yrs.
Education - MBA HR/ Diploma HR or any related to Human Resource
Hiring. Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills is a must.
Job Responsibilities :
Planning for End-to-End Recruitment.
Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
Understanding resource needs and searching various job boards
Participate in developing and updating job descriptions and getting it approved from the concerned person.
Sourcing candidates that match the desired skills.
Assist in preparing recruitment materials and Job Posts
Screening the candidates by conducting telephonic or personal interviews as the case may be.
Arranging for technical interviews and coordinating with the concerned person. Communicating the employment status to the applied candidates.
Maintaining and updating the database of the candidates.
Promote companys reputation as best place to work
Assist in maintaining the HR databases and software
Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
Assistance in Day to Day HR - Admin Activities
Assist in other HR generalist tasks.
Education: Any Graduate
Industry: Manufacturing/Industrial
