Execute and facilitate the recruitment of talent across the various functions of HMCL, through optimum utilization of resources, ensuring recruitment targets are in line with defined cost, quality and timeline standards
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition:
Ensure recruitment of talent in the concerned function of HMCL Screening of CVs, sharing CVs with the business, organizing interview of the shortlisted candidates, generation of offer post selection of candidates, ensuring smooth onboarding of the candidate into the organization
Data Analytics:
Documenting and tracking the progress on accomplishment against the planned manpower targets of the function
Analysing and reporting month on month achievement of Talent Acquisition targets against the planned numbers, in terms of defined numbers, cost, quality and timeline standards Maintaining month on month track of profiles shared with the business and conversion ratios(shortlisted against sent profiles)
Collecting data from various stakeholders, collating and analysing the data and reporting against the established targets
Stakeholder Management
Facilitating regular discussion with the business and the vendors to ensure optimization of the entire process Identifying gaps and deviations to enhance the understanding of the business requirement to streamline the entire process of recruitment
HR projects
Responsible for the execution for a project (e.g. Revamping a website) Planning the operations against a defined timeline, and ensuring the established timelines are met within stipulated cost, quality standards
