Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end recruiting process independently
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
  • Source and screen potential candidates through various channels such as job postings, social media, referrals, etc.
  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role
  • Utilise applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools to manage the recruiting process
Skills required:
  • In-depth understanding and experience in sales/non-tech hiring
  • Proven recruiting experience preferably in the sales industry.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 915,000.00 - 921,000.00 per month Benefits:
