Job Description


As a Talent Acquisition Executive at Hunger Inc., you will be an integral part of managing our company\'s entire recruitment cycle, and assist in daily operations and other functions of the HR department as required. You will scan and screen candidates for all our roles, and coordinate internally to schedule the interview rounds. You will have a working knowledge of all our brands and teams and will ensure all candidates who apply with us have a great candidate experience. Our head office is in Lalbaug and this role will work on-site, with weekly travel to the Hunger Inc outlets based on the hiring needs. Our flagship restaurant, The Bombay Canteen, showcases India\'s cuisine\'s wealth by recreating local, seasonal dishes and reinterpreting Indian culinary traditions in a frequently changing menu. Our next venture, O Pedro, pays homage to the energy of Goa with a menu that brings back the fun of tropical living with simple, sophisticated food and drink, with influences from the state\'s Portuguese history. Bombay Sweet Shop is a modern-day mithai shop that brings back the magic of mithai in a never seen before avatar, in a fun and contemporary way, while staying deeply rooted in traditions and techniques. Our online venture - enthucutlet is a bimonthly food mag that brings you unusual stories about food in India, and our all-day cafe Veronica\'s, holds a piece of Mumbai\'s heart in the iconic Jude Bakery and showcases the best sandwiches, coffee, bakes, and wine! The Bombay Canteen and O Pedro are currently ranked among India\'s top 10 restaurants by Cond Nast Traveler India. Responsibilities: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs across brands and meet hiring goals Be responsible for the entire recruitment process with minimal supervision Apply effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques Use job platforms, agencies, recruitment groups, etc. effectively to source candidates for our growing brands Perform reference and background checks for shortlisted candidates Compile, negotiate, and send offer letters to selected candidates Coordinate and be responsible for the new joiner onboarding process (this includes onboarding coordination, documentation, making appointment letters, and other onboarding formalities). Requirements Graduate in any discipline Minimum 2-4 years of recruiting experience in the Hospitality industry Fluent communication and influencing skills in English and Hindi Professional attitude, strong screening, and interviewing skills Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel Working knowledge of job portals like LinkedIn, Naukri.com, Indeed, etc
