We are looking for Talent Acquisition Executives for our Executive Search BU. The candidate should have good communication, interpersonal skills and an attitude to learn. Below are the job details: Key Responsibilities: Conduct research on the client and industry Understanding the job description Mapping Target companies Sourcing CVs - job portals and social media Screening CVs as per requirement Managing the initial interaction with candidates Create/maintain Google Sheets for every position Maintain the resume database and details of candidates (MIS) Key Performance Indicators: CVs sourced Daily CVs screened Daily Profiles interviewed Daily Profiles Formatted Weekly Profiles Shortlisted Monthly Revenue closed Quarterly Job Type: Full-time Salary: 9300,000.00 - 9450,000.00 per year Schedule:
