Job Description


Job role: End to End recruitment, Manpower Mapping, Vendor Empanelment, Inter-Departmental Coordination, Manpower Database Company: Yingjia Communication Pvt. Ltd. (vivo WB) Responsibilities 1. Talent Acquisition: a) Collaborate with multiple Zero-Cost manpower consultancies and establish strong partnerships. b) Sourcing suitable candidates to meet the field force requirements. c) Identify potential candidates through job portals, referrals, and networking. d) Conduct initial screening of candidate\'s basis educational qualification, Experience, Conducting other Background Verifications e) Conduct periodical survey to collect competitions manpower information. f) Develop and maintain Continuous talent pool of potential candidates for future hiring needs. g) Smooth coordination between Zonal Sales Team and HR Department ensuring smoother onboarding process in Batches. h) Managing end-to-end recruitment including job posting, HOD coordination, scheduling interview and other related activities 2. Candidate Screening and Assessment: a) Preliminary assessment or screening of CV as and when required. b) Screening of shortlisted candidates as in (Point a) as per the required skill set, posted location and Manpower Placement in required market matching employees set of competencies adhering geographic challenges. 3. Manpower Database Management: a) Maintain a detailed comprehensive database of onboarded manpower and manpower database received from sourcing mix b) Ensure all records are up-to-date and accessible for quick reference. 4. Deployment Support: a) Assist in coordinating the deployment of field force personnel in various multi-brand stores across West Bengal. b) Maintain accurate and organized recruitment records, including contracts, agreements, and compliance documents. c) Stay updated with industry and market trends related to mobile trading and field force recruitment. d) Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment strategies based on market dynamics. Qualifications Minimum 4 Years of experience into end-to-end recruitment, Vendor Empanelment, ground Level Hiring, Excellent communication skill and Vendor Management. Graduation and Above This position may require travelling to different locations where our field force is deployed.
