Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur for a Talent Acquisition Executive. The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates, managing relationships with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. They will also develop strategies to attract and retain top talent, and will stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals

• Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams

• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

• Manage offer negotiations and facilitate the hiring process

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve processes and strategies

• Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• 1+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on full-cycle recruiting (Jewellery Industry Experience is a plus).

• Good knowledge of recruitment best practices, including candidate sourcing techniques and interview methods

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.

• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
