Role : Talent Acquisition Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad (Onsite) Mode : Work from Office US Shift: 6PM- 3AM IST Role Description As a Talent Acquisition, you will identify, qualify, and match candidates to open positions, build relationships with hiring managers, and partner with external recruiters. You will also provide a valuable experience for candidates throughout the hiring process and help to promote a diverse and inclusive work environment. Qualifications
- Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in Information Technology
- Strong knowledge of US IT recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to effectively manage relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruiters
- Ability to develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to meet business objectives
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data and metrics to drive recruiting decisions
- Understanding of EEO and other employment laws and regulations
- Monday to Friday
