Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in Information Technology
Strong knowledge of US IT recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to effectively manage relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruiters
Ability to develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to meet business objectives
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Strong analytical skills and ability to use data and metrics to drive recruiting decisions
Understanding of EEO and other employment laws and regulations
