Job Description


Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions within the organization. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions and selection criteria. Sourcing: Utilize various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to source high-quality candidates. Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Interview Coordination:Manage the interview process, including scheduling interviews, collecting feedback from interviewers, and facilitating hiring decisions. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely communication and feedback. Employer Branding: Promote the companys employer brand to attract top talent and maintain a positive reputation in the market. Build and maintain relationships with candidates to create a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs and priorities. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment processes. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with recruitment tools and techniques, including applicant tracking systems and social media platforms. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders at all levels. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality candidates in a timely manner. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
