Job Description

Intro to Role: As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and interviewing prospective employees to find the perfect match for a company\'s long-term goals. What will you do:

  • Communicating with hiring managers to identify job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs.
  • Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms.
  • Screening Applicants for competency with the job requirements.
  • Arranging telephone, video or in-person interviews.
  • Performing background & reference checks.
  • Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.
  • Offering job positions and completing the relevant paperwork.
What you will bring:
  • 1-3 years of experience working into IT recruitment or Talent Acquisition
  • Good understanding of Job portals & hiring tools
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking system (ATS)
  • Able to arrange telephonic, video & in-person interviews
  • Should have understanding of technical skills
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 99,420.23 - 940,059.37 per month Benefits:
