Job Description
For Talent Acquisition Executive And Company Brief: Responsibilities:
- Sourcing, screening, and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles from Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn, etc.
- Connect qualified candidates with the internal team
- Arranging telephone, Video, or in-person interviews.
- Coordinate with the team to forecast department goals and hiring needs.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting processes ensuring a positive candidate experience through the interview (attract, select, interview, negotiate and extend offer)
- Good understanding of souring skills; search strings/ Boolean search on job portals
- Effective convincing / negotiation skills.
- Good Knowledge of IT Profiles.
- Must be target-oriented.
- Should be well acquainted with social media like LinkedIn.
- Candidate should have good communication skills.
- Monday to Friday
