Store Manager And F&b Cost Controller
Job Description
- Complete store administration and to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.- Puts in efforts to control the cost and expenses.- Tracks stock levels of food, supply and equipment and oversee ordering as necessary.- Ensures that all raw materials are purchased as per company's guidance and Fssai rules.- Coordinating with all the departments in the restaurant.Regularly reviews product quality.- Create detailed reports on weekly monthly and annual inventory.- Should have basic knowledge of inventory software and excel.- To keep a regular track of the stock usage and wastage.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:
