About Company Our client is a leading global co-educational day and boarding school for ages 2-18 having it\'s first campus in India based out of Pune. The school will follow the English National Curriculum and IGCSEs with students progressing to the IB Diploma Programme offering unparalleled excellence in sports, music, and the arts. PURPOSE & SCOPE OF JOB: Responsibility for managing the School\'s IT systems & Infrastructure. DUTIES INCLUDE: Maintaining of the complete IT infrastructure of the school which shall include Servers (onsite / cloud), Network, Firewall, Internet - Wi-Fi APs, CCTV, laptops / AIO\'s Projectors, Smartboards, Auditorium LED, Audio video system for meeting room. Assist in the Installation of software Manage user accounts, email ID creation, Assist in Network Printer. Manage the EPBX IP telephony Provide support for iSAMS, Library system, and other software. Ensure regular backups. Provide frontline support to all users staff, faculty and students Requirements The candidate Must be certified in Office 365, and Sharepoint. Certified in Windows Server 2019 / 2022. Certified in Dlink or Cisco - CCNP. Certified in Paloalto firewalls. Experience in working on EPBX, Sound systems, AD Domain, DHCP services, Microsoft Intune. Degree in IT or related discipline
