1) Job Purpose

Influencing the "List of Approved MakeaEUR for a Project being developed by the Architect/Faaade Consultant, first step is to influence & then make sure that the specifications match the attributes of Eternia products and then working with the Specification & sales chain to ensure that Eternia product is selected.

Supporting Actions

Builds up Database and knowledge about Fenestration industry and Eternia Solutions

  • By referencing the key specifiers (architects, interior designers, developers, Faaade consultants) and regularly meeting them
  • By building and updating a list of projects for all segments
  • By understanding the building design concepts, structural & performance features of the Door/Windows and all necessary architectural data needed for an effective promotion of Eternia solutions
  • By understanding Eternia solutions and their benefits
Ensures relevant Eternia solutions are specified: Commercial & Corporate buildings, High end Residential, Hospitality projects
  • By promoting Eternia solutions on the different markets
  • By developing a segmented approach to the different markets
  • By ensuring a better product visibility and brand awareness in the market
  • By understanding the technical requirements of the customers
  • By proposing the adequate designed solutions on given projects
Feeds the sales force with projects information & support
  • By continuously sharing information on projects with the concerned persons
  • By supporting sales force in every step of the project life
  • By providing the sales force the necessary support for meeting Architects & Faaade Consultants
Develops a long-term approach for lobbying, influencing the key players and generate new markets
  • By having regular contacts with the Green building certifying organisations, BIS standard forums & Industry thought leaders
  • By demonstrating and promoting the benefits of Insulated Fenestration Products for safety, energy saving, etc. in building faaade
  • By understanding the market requirements and propose new areas of focus for Eternia in all market segments
