Position: Assistant Sales Manager-North (electrical connectors product sales)

Reporting: Noida

Location: Regional Sales Manager-North

Qualification: B.E. or Diploma in Electrical, Electronic or Instrumentation or a related field

Job Purpose: Require high-performing Senior Engineer /Asst Manager from North India to help meet companya?Aa,AEURa,A(TM)s customer acquisition and revenue growth targets

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve growth and sales targets in the Northern Region ( Delhi / Haryana / UP) by successfully managing the existing customers.
• To develop more and more new customers
• Design and implement a strategic business plan for Automotive / Process Industry that expands companya?Aa,AEURa,A(TM)s customer base and ensure ita?Aa,AEURa,A(TM)s strong presence in the market.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Key Requirements

• B.E. or Diploma in Electrical, Electronic or Instrumentation or a related field.
• Total experience of around 8 years in Industrial Sales;
• Age 35 yrs around
• Experience with Automotive/OEMs/Process/Lighting sectors in Northern region would be a distinct advantage
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Superb leadership ability
• Ability to travel extensively
• Well versed with computers with knowledge of SAP, CRM, and MS Office
