Job Summary
Position: Assistant Sales Manager-North (industrial electrical products manufacturing industry only)
Reporting: Noida
Location: Regional Sales Manager-North
Qualification: B.E. or Diploma in Electrical, Electronic or Instrumentation or a related field
Offered CTC: Best in the industry

Job Purpose: Require high-performing Senior Engineer /Asst Manager from North India to help meet company's customer acquisition and revenue growth targets
Key Responsibilities
Achieve growth and sales targets in the Northern Region ( Delhi / Haryana / UP) by successfully managing the existing customers.
To develop more and more new customers
Design and implement a strategic business plan for Automotive / Process Industry that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence in the market.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Key Requirements
B.E. or Diploma in Electrical, Electronic or Instrumentation or a related field.
Total experience of around 8 years in Industrial Sales;
Age 35 yrs around
Experience with Automotive/OEMs/Process/Lighting sectors in Northern region would be a distinct advantage
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Superb leadership ability
Ability to travel extensively
Well versed with computers with knowledge of SAP, CRM, and MS Office
