Job Description

Prerequisite Skill-sets & Behavioural Competencies * Proven experience as Talent Acquisition Specialist ideally as a Technical Recruiter.

  • Proficient in the use of Job Boards and social media.
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
  • Extensive knowledge of applicant tracking software programs.
  • Knowledge of Compensation and Benefits.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong tenacity and ability to build a solid network.


Recruitment Planning
  • Devising a Recruitment Strategy per vacancy to attract potential applicants through various sourcing platforms.
  • Collaborating with Job Requisitioners in drafting a Job Specification for the vacant position which is aligned with the client's specifications.
Sourcing of Potential Candidates
  • Attracts potential candidates by placing Job Postings on various job boards.
  • Identifying & seeking new talent from various Sourcing Channels.
  • Sourcing through Recruitment Consultants.
  • Connecting with Recruitment Consultants Daily.
  • Participating in Recruitment Partner Engagement Program.
  • Selling Employee Referral Program to the Target Audience.
  • To effectively utilize Recruitment Tools such as HRIS. Review and analyse resumes using our in-house ATS software program.
Screening of Applicants
  • Preliminary examination and assessment of the applications / resumes.
  • Making the initial contact with the prospective candidates, walk them through the hiring process and promoting employer branding.
  • Shortlisting potential candidates for selection as per the job specification.
  • To adhere to the screening process in accordance with the laid down guidelines of the Interview Process within the stipulated TATs.
  • To coordinate with the Interviewing Outsourcing Vendors and align interviews of the applicants.
Selection Process
  • Aligning the candidate for Technical Assessments with the panel of cross-functional hiring managers and setting-up the stage for interview.
  • To get the Interview Outcomes / Feedback filled-up by the Interviewers and document in the prescribed format within the specified timelines.
  • To ensure a WOW experience to the applicant.
  • Salary Negotiations with the shortlisted candidates.
  • To document the records of the shortlisted applicant in accordance with the process guidelines.
  • To close the open position using various sourcing channels within the specified TATs.
  • To coordinate the Background Verification of the shortlisted applicants if needed.
  • Issuance of Letter of Intent to the shortlisted candidate.
Report Data Analytics
  • To participate in the Management Review Meetings.
  • To share the Monthly MIS in the prescribed format.
  • To participate in the Daily Recruitment Review Meeting.
  • Able to drive the Best Practices in Talent Acquisition.
