Role: Talent Acquisition Champion (AM/Manager)
Responsibilities:
1. Handle End- End Talent Acquisition process.
2. Hands on experience in Drafting JD, Screening, coordinating and scheduling interviews.
3. Prior experience in hiring through all platforms like social media, job portal, employee references and professional networks.
4. Maintain and improvise the relationship with institutes/universities and colleges for campus placements.
5. Thorough understanding of campus hiring process. Hands-on experience is an advantage.
6. Onboarding new joiners and record keeping.
7. Time Office and Attendance Management.
Requirements:
1. 2-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
2. Education –U.G must, PG could be an advantage.
3. Proficiency in MS Office.
4. Must have excellent communication and coordination skills.
5. Industry Background: Staffing, Recruitment Consultancy, Banking, Insurance, Service industry and Edu-tech.
Relevant Experience: 2-4 Years
Languages: English, Hindi, Kannada / Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu
Salary Offered: 3L - 4L PA / Depends on the performance & competency level of the candidates.
Job/Work Location: Indiranagar - Bangalore
