Job Qualifications


The Recruiter is an innovative, strategic, passionate talent acquisition professional who reports into the Manager, Recruitment. They are responsible for managing the recruitment and selection activities for the Non-technology group. The corporate recruiter will be expected to develop new sourcing and recruiting strategies to fulfill open jobs and benchmark for future talent.
Key Qualifications:
? 1-3 years of recruiting experience (technology recruitment a plus) ? Ability to screen resumes to identify prospective candidates ? Research/sourcing skills with the ability to search for hard-to-fill requisitions ? Candidate engagement approach with the ability to activate passive candidates through outreach ? Ability to screen profiles for both technical and cultural qualities ? Industry knowledge with the ability to understand relevant tech skills, target companies, and conferences ? Interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with recruiters and hiring managers ? Experience using talent and market insights and data to influence executive-level audiences ? Outstanding teamwork and multitasking skills ? Ability to thrive and prioritize in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment ? Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint ? Experience with job posting boards and other recruitment vendors
Role Description: ? Manage full-cycle recruitment: This includes, but is not limited to; research, sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, qualifying, referencing, offer negotiation, and placement management. ? Build strong internal relationships: Partner with People Managers and Hiring Managers to recommend, develop and implement recruitment strategies and programs. Build and present reporting analytics for difficult searches. ? Identify Opportunities: Participate as an active member of the Talent Acquisition team, assisting with the development and realization of the Talent Acquisition strategic plans and goals. ? Upholding strict confidentiality about available positions, candidates, and other sensitive information ? Simultaneously managing multiple projects in a large, dynamic, complex environment
