Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and adaptable Subject Matter Expert (SME) cum Instructional Designer with expertise in Social Science education. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Social Science teaching or research, combined with instructional design skills to develop engaging and effective learning materials. Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with instructional design team to develop Social Science courses and learning materials for diverse audiences. \xc2\xb7 Serve as a subject matter expert in Social Science education, providing insights and guidance on course content and curriculum development. \xc2\xb7 Design and develop instructional content, including lesson plans, assessments, and interactive activities, to enhance learning outcomes in Social Science subjects. \xc2\xb7 Conduct needs assessments and learner analysis to identify learning objectives and design appropriate instructional strategies for Social Science topics. \xc2\xb7 Utilize e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems to create and deliver online Social Science courses. \xc2\xb7 Review and evaluate existing course materials for accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness, and make necessary revisions as needed. \xc2\xb7 Stay updated on current trends and best practices in Social Science education and instructional design to continuously improve learning experiences. Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Social Science, Education, or a related field. \xc2\xb7 Proven experience in Social Science education, teaching, or research. \xc2\xb7 Strong instructional design skills, with the ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences. \xc2\xb7 Excellent written and verbal communication skills. \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Moodle. \xc2\xb7 Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. \xc2\xb7 Experience with project management and multitasking, with a keen attention to detail.
