Your responsibilities include but not are limited to:
  • Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and / or Senior Instructional Designer to conduct Learning needs analysis activities and prepare appropriate design documentation for large-scale academy projects and/or standalone learning content production.
  • Able to conduct content analysis to map SME driven content to relevant Learning Objectives and identify gaps to ensure the Learning Objectives are being addressed in the learning content.
  • Work closely with learning project managers and learning program managers to create project plan that includes internal QA reviews, SME reviews, and client delivery timelines for planned deliverables and flag to the relevant channels if there are delays or roadblocks in project progress.
  • Apply solid instructional design methodology, relevant inter-activities or practice exercises, and competency-based evaluations to produce high quality and effective learning solutions.
  • Author digital learning assets using tools such as Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise), Captivate, Easygenerator, Vyond, and Camtasia.
  • Should be aware of various learning technology standards and publishing formats such as SCORM and have basic knowledge on creating trackable learning solution on learning management systems.
  • Design and develop virtual/face-to-face training assets like facilitator\xe2\x80\x99s guides, participant\xe2\x80\x99s guides, instructor led training templates, tutorials (application-based as well as text/image driven), simulations, job aids, and self-study material.
  • Develop visual or text storyboards derived from appropriate project specific design document / content outline for learning modalities like video-based, instructor-led training (ILTs), web-based training (WBT), application-based, and game-based learning.

Minimum requirements
What You\xe2\x80\x99ll bring to the role:
Essential:
  • Degree or third level qualification related to Teaching/Training advantageous. Instructional design qualification essential. Project Management qualification desirable.
  • 4+ years in Instructional Design with experience in delivering learning solutions preferably in the Pharma or Healthcare industry, or in any global learning department.
Desirable requirements:
  • Ability to create animated videos and infographic content using tools like Vyond or PowerPoint.
  • Awareness of Learning Experience Platforms like EdCast and how to use it to design effective learning experiences.
