Instructional DesignerSmartXR is an immersive technology (XR) based learning platform that caters to the needs of K-3 students. We have created our own suite of applications which impart learning through multiple forms of media and gamification. We are a growing startup with ample opportunities for career advancement. We are also located in a prime location with good office vibes and easy access.Instructional Designer Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and design curriculum based course material.
• Edit and develop online learning material.
• Develop and monitor course development processes.
• Design learning activities, assignments, and assessments.
• Review content derived from courses developed by you.
• Collaborate with schools and teachers to develop course content.
• Analyse, update, and refine existing course material.
• Keep current on best practices in instructional design.
• Create content for animated videos derived from courses developed by you.

You will be working on location, 11 AM - 7 PM.Instructional Designer Qualifications/Skills:

• Knowledge of instructional theory, including assessment
• Proficient in MS office, file management
• Excellent project management and organisational skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical colleagues and clients
• Critical thinking skills
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple simultaneous deadlines

Education, Experience & Licensing Requirements:

• Higher degree in instructional design, education, or related field
• Previous experience in instructional design of at least 1-2 years
• Portfolio of past work preferred
