Create training modules and course content for the products and services based on IT.
7-8 years of industry experience as an effective Instructional Designer.
In-depth knowledge of training and instructional design models.
Course and curriculum planning skills.
Visual design skills (MS Visio, Adobe Photoshop, etc.)
Ability to write instructional text for video scripts.
Exposure to Learning Management Systems.
Preferred Certification - Instructional Designer
