About the Role:

- Setup and maintenance of new infrastructure of Windows and Linux server and VDIs on Azure and GCP, Domain Controller, DNS Servers, DHCP Servers, File Server

- Perform timely Patch management as per the Schedule

- Analyze resource utilization and consumption

- Create and configure storage accounts on Azure and GCP

- Create and configure a VM for Windows and Linux

- Automate deployment of VMs on all platform

- Create connectivity between virtual networks on Azure and GCP

- Management and maintenance of OKTA environment

- Management and maintenance of Office 365 environment

- Implement and manage virtual networking on Azure and GCP

- Storage (Dell and NetApp) management and maintenance

- Virtualization (Hyper-V and VMware) setup and maintenance

- Perform Security Health Check of Windows and Linux server and VDIs on Azure and GCP

- Hardening of Windows and Linux server and VDIs on Azure and GCP

- Installing, Configuring and Managing AD / DHCP / DNS Services

- RAID Configurations and Disk management utilities tools

- Third party vendor coordination for visit and troubleshooting.

- L3 and L4 support for IT Helpdesk team

- Creating and updating of technical documentation

- Daily, monthly, yearly tracking reports for downtime, server health, windows patch, antivirus updates

- ISO documentation update and implement. Work on ISMS controls and risk management

- ZScaler Setup and management Azure and GCP Shell Scripting DevOps

Experience, Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 8+ to 10 years of experience in Cloud computing.
• Expertise in Google Services and Azure Services.
• Also, should be good in Windows and Linux Server management, VMware Virtualization, Storage and Backup structures and basic networking

• - Windows server (2K16 to 2K22 OS)
• - Linux Server (Full stack)
• - Security (Firewalls)
• - Server Roles (FTP, CITRIX)
