Position - System Engineer

Years of Relevant Experience - 6 - 8 years

Educational Qualification - BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech - Mechanical / Automobile / Mechatronics / Electronics.

\xe2\x80\x8bExperience in Customer requirement elicitation and specification mapping.

\xe2\x80\x8b\xe2\x80\x8bExperience in handling technical queries, issues or claims from Customer / Field.

\xe2\x80\x8bExperience in performing System-FMEA and Fault Tree Analysis.

\xe2\x80\x8bExperience in defining Functional Safety Concept, System Requirements and Testcases.

\xe2\x80\x8bExperience in scripting - Python, Matlab, CAPL etc.

\xe2\x80\x8bExperience in data analysis is a must.

Experience with Driver Assistance Systems or Sensor technologies would be an added advantage.

Good knowledge in Diagnostics, Vehicle Data Measurement and Data Acquisition Systems

Knowledge in automotive electrical / electronic systems

Driver\'s license for heavy commercial vehicles would be an advantage

Good knowledge about vehicles, sub-systems and operating environment

Good communication - Oral and written

Key Result Areas:

Mapping Customer requirement to WABCO specification and identify deviations

Documented and reviewed technical customer (internal/external) requirements

Safety Goals, Functional and Technical Safety Concepts according ISO26262 (if applicable)

Document KPI results and test reports

Role Description:

Understand Customer requirements

Respond to technical queries from Customer, Field and Internal teams

Provide feedback about technical customer requirements to product development organization

Analyse Vehicle Data and document KPI results.

Create / update System Requirements.

Perform S-FMEA and define safety goals.

Perform parameter calibration and fault diagnosis.

Specification of test cases for vehicle testing.

Evaluation of system / component performance.
