Job Purpose:

The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for providing front line technical support to debug complex Network Security firewall problems by replicating the customer issues of diverse scope

Responsibilities:

• Provide front line technical support to debug complex networking firewall problems.
• Helps customer solve reported security and networking problems of varied complexity.
• Replicate the customer issues in lab environment.
• Work with engineering teams to replicate customer issues and test possible fixes.
• Create knowledge articles for subordinates and other team members.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• >1 to 3 Years of relevant work experience is required.
• Required Education: BE or BTech or Technical 3 Years Diploma
