Position Summary:
The Senior Manager Learning and Development is responsible for establishing our learning & development strategy and delivering solutions that improve this capability to meet a rapidly changing/growing environment, in close partnership with the BMS Global Growth & Development (GG&D) team and Director HR, Hyderabad, along with other functional learning teams.
This person will be responsible for designing, creating, implementing and measuring the impact of general, management & leadership development efforts for Hyderabad. This includes building management & leadership development experiences, tools and frameworks; key talent development programs; career development programs, team building activities, coaching & mentoring solutions; and leadership development assessments. This role proactively identifies and diagnoses organization talent gaps, designing new programming as needed.
This individual will play a critical role in supporting the India strategy and will ensure that solutions meet evolving business needs and that we are building the workforce needed for our future.
