Job Description




Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement learning and development strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
  • Conduct needs analysis to identify skill gaps and determine training needs across the organization.
  • Design, develop, and deliver training programs to address identified skill gaps, including e-learning courses, classroom training, and on-the-job training.
  • Manage and oversee the Learning and Development team, including training coordinators and trainers, and monitor their performance.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure they meet the organization\'s goals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external training providers to ensure access to the latest learning and development technologies.
  • Work closely with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure employee development initiatives align with recruitment and retention strategies.
  • Use data and analytics to track employee development progress, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to align learning and development programs with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Manage the Learning and Development budget and provide regular reports on the return on investment of training programs.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master\'s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Learning and Development, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Strong knowledge of learning and development principles and methodologies, and the ability to apply them in the IT industry.
  • Experience in developing and delivering training programs in a technology-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Experience with learning and development technologies, including learning management systems (LMS), e-learning platforms, and content creation tools.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to think strategically and translate business goals into effective learning and development programs.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
  • A proven track record of successfully leading and managing a team of trainers and training coordinators
  • L & D experience from an IT Services company is a must
