POST: Asst. Legal Manager/ Legal Manager (8-10 Years of Real estateExperience & Handling of Litigation)

CTC: 5-6L per Annum.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1.Knowledge of Registration at SRO & MRO in Dharani.

2.Revenue Laws in the State of Telangana. To obtain Revenue Documents to draft Legal Opinions for Sale of Agriculture and Non-Agriculture lands.

3.Providing Legal Opinions of the agriculture & non-Agriculture lands to the company for purchase of the Property.

4.Listing Require Documents for Legal Opinion of the Property.

5.Preparing Agreement of Sale/Sale Deed/DAGPA/MOU/AGPA And so, on as required for transfer of property.

6.Preparing Required Legal Documents to Apply for HMDA/DTCP/Gram Panchayath Layout Permissions, Building permissions and So On.

7.Preparation of Legal Documents for GHMC permissions.

8.Good Knowledge in Dharani Registration and solving of Revenue issues in Dharani.

9.Good Communication Skills, Drafting Skills, Problem Solving Skills, Negotiating Skills, Analytical Skills, Attentive with patience.

10. Liasioning with advocates, clients, customers.

11. Representing on behalf of Company in Court Cases. Writing replies to points of dispute along with filing and administrative responsibilities.

12. Drafting and Vetting of Petitions Filing before the court.

13. Preparation of Briefs, collecting evidence to defend the case and assisting senior advocates at trials.

14. Well versed in Preparing Counters and Written Statements, Petitions and so on to be Filed in the Court.

15. Drafting Legal Notices, Reply notices.

16. Co-ordinating with Ops Team for Registration of the Properties.

17. Preparing MIS.

LEGAL OFFICER: 4-5 Years of Experience in Real Estate Company.

CTC: 4-5L per Annum

1.Handling of Legal cases Co-Ordinating Panel Advocates.

2.Visiting Police station & MRO, SRO office as Required.
