Senior Legal Manager - (Litigation, Arbitration) at Bijak
Experience : 8+ Years in NBFC/ Fintech
Domain/ Subject expert : Litigations , Arbitration, Agreement drafting
JD :
- Liaising with various Legal authorities , Police complaints , Internal Stake holders and Legal firms
- Appearance in court for Litigation and Other matters, Cheque bounce
- Handle internal agreements for company / Drafting and validation
- Handle external vendor agreements including digital sale and purchase , Lending agreements etc.
- Experience in handling debt recovery cases including unsecured cases , Cheque bounce , Arbitration, Criminal and Civil suit recovery
- Has good PR with Legal authorities and can visit Police and legal authorities as per need
- Can set up PAN India Legal infra directly or through third party to facilitate and manage local requirements.
- Able to suggest the company on various legal , compliance matters to safeguard against any legal related issues
- Can represent the company in any discussions related to legal matters/ compliance issues with Institutional vendors
- Good in English as well as Hindi agreement Drafting and validation
