About Our Client
Our client is a large renowned Indian Manufacturing MNC with global operations. They are looking for a Senior Manager / Deputy General Manager for their legal in-house team with an LLB from a reputed institute in India.- Drafting, Vetting and Finalizing Agreements, contracts and Notices in a time bound manner as per the contract management policies
- Supporting in reviewing the Proposals, Risk Evaluation and Mitigation measures in an efficient and time bound manner as per the contract management policy of respective group companies.
- Updating Documents , Research and Knowledge Sharing and Standardization of Documents for routine usage
- Assisting in formulation and Drafting of Policies and provide training / awareness programmes
- Assisting in litigation filed by or against the organisation, attending court, drafting demand notices, replies to demand notices, pleadings to be filed in legal proceedings. Also handling arbitration matter
- Independently strategizing, drafting and settling contractual notices and claim documentation"
The Successful Applicant
You must have over five years of experience at a law firm or an in-house legal role. You must be well versed with corporate, commercial laws especially Contract Act, and Companies Act. You must have sound commercial acumen and the ability to handle / take through complex transactions independently. You must also have excellent drafting and negotiation skills.What\'s on Offer
