About The Unit:
We have 70+ colleagues in the SAP team and the CRM team consists of 23 people including technical, functional & techno-functional skill set. Our business has decided to migrate from SAP CRM on-premise to SFDC which best suits the subscription business model of Springer Nature.

Therefore, we are looking for an SFDC Consultant who is basically open minded and self-organized about the assigned tasks or projects. Should be highly motivated and take transition ownership of sales processes from SAP CRM on-premise to SFDC.

Technology Environment

*Cloud Platforms - Salesforce.com, force.com, CPQ+, GitHub
*UI - Visualforce
*Programming - Apex, Aura Lightning Component,Lightning Web Components (LWC)
*DB - SOQL/SOSL
*Methodology - Agile, Lean/SCRUM, KANBAN

Job Responsibilities

*Creating applications within a dynamic, progressive, technically diverse environment
*System maintenance, configuration, development, testing, and data integrity within of Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ+ solutions
*Ensures our solutions address the business needs with high quality standards
*Using the latest tools and techniques thrives in a role that will involve hands-on coding, usually in a pair programming environment
*Contribute to project and find innovative ways to meet objectives
*Keep up to date with the business domain and work closely with business stakeholders

Experience, skills and qualifications

General:

*Involved into at least 2-3 implementation projects
*Strong analytical capabilities in approaching and resolving problems
*Experience in product/technology life-cycle management
*Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and be creative within a team
*Good team player & excellent problem solving skills
*Excellent oral, presentation, and written communication skills
*Agile Methodology

Technical:

*3-6 years of experience with hands-on technical development/programming
*In-depth understanding of SFDC Profiles/Roles and Sharing Rules, Validation Rules, Tasks, Process Builder, Flow Designer and Triggers, etc.
*Solid experience in Aura Lightning Component and LWC
*Solid experience in developing Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages and Lightning components.
*Apex & VisualForce Development/SFDC Configuration/Force.com Customisation Experience using Apex Data Loader utility.
*Experience with Lightning components and Lightning Design System
*Build integration and interfaces using SFDC Web Services API
*Certifications Preferred - Administrator, Advanced Admin, Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ+
*Experience working with business process and development teams to design, implement and deploy Salesforce.com applications to different clients at the enterprise level
*Knowledge Of The Salesforce Test Framework, Test-Driven Development (TDD), And Iterative Development
*Experience in Git-based version control tools and well-versed with CI/ CD DevOps process
*Background with technical architecture, integration, APIs and security concepts (integration patterns, architecture styles, data security)

Nice to have:

*Salesforce Service Cloud work experience
*Data engineering experience & Data Lake
*Did SAP CRM to Salesforce migration project in past
*Experience with Tools such as - SKYVVA integration tool, Copado DevOps tool, Docomotion document composer tool
