About the Business Unit:

Business Systems - SAP stands for Systems, Applications and Products in Data Processing. SAP is widely acclaimed ERP package used in large or medium size enterprises to integrate the processes across various functions such as Sales, Purchase, Finance and HR etc. It is a business software package designed to integrate all areas of a business and provide an end to end solutions for financials, manufacturing, logistics and distribution etc.
When it comes to IT, the backbone for our company is an SAP enterprise resource planning system that incorporates the key business functions of the whole organization.

SAP CRM Delivery & SalesForce CRM includes seamless and personalized customer experiences across all channels like Sales, Marketing, Service and e-commerce department of Springer Nature to increase the revenue and to help in better customer service, SAP BI provides self-service data visualization and predictive analytics for large volumes of data available in SAP central component(SAP ECC) and SAP PI (Process Integration) is an integration platform which provides seamless integration between SAP, non-SAP systems and even to 3rd party systems.

Here at Springer Nature Technology and Publishing Solutions, a team of 70 people are providing services to Springer Nature business in different areas of SAP namely: * SAP Technical - ABAP/4 Development

Handle small and medium large projects in with Agile methodology to cater to business needs and requirement of Springer Nature business and processes in SAP ECC, PI, CRM, BI, SD, FICO and BASIS areas.

Job Title: Senior Development Consultant - SAP CRM I/II

Job Location: Tower 9, Magarpatta City, Pune (Working in Hybrid Model)

Education Qualification: B.E./ B.Tech/ B.Sc/ M.Sc/ BCA/ MCA / B.Tech/ M.Tech, Any Graduate

Must have (Mandatory):

• Skills- Design, build and configure SAP Marketing Cloud applications to meet business process and application requirements.
• Relevant experience of 2-3 years with SAP Marketing Cloud
• Good data engineering skills building data pipelines
• Experiences with SAP HANA + CDS views and OData services
• Good understanding of marketing processes such as segmentation, scoring, nurturing, analytics, the campaign- and lead management
• Ability to learn and apply new technologies in an innovative environment
• Strong communication abilities (for communication with other developers, stakeholders)
• Understanding of technology design, configuration, GoLives
• Fluent English language skills
• Excellent analytical abilities
• Defining best practices, processes
• Experience in Jira, Confluence and agile methodologies
• Excellent communication skills both verbal & written in English

Good to have(Optional) :

• SAP Marketing Cloud Certification
• Devops Experience
• In-depth knowledge in agile project management
• Knowledge of C4C, HANA, Integrations
• SAP Marketing Cloud Data Management- Good to Have Skills
• SAP ABAP experience in developing or debugging code
• Experience in SAP CRM/ C4C in order to be able to integrate them with Hybris Marketing

You will be responsible for:

• Precisely as a Senior Marketing Cloud Consultant, one has to interact with the client very often to map the business requirements with Marketing business Process.
• Using the latest tools and techniques thrives in a role that will involve stakeholder engagement
• Contribute to project and find innovative ways to meet objectives and ensures our solutions address the business needs
• Keep up to date with the business domain and work closely with Marketing team and business stakeholders
