Job Description
Opportunity to work with a prominent real estate player Fast paced growth in Commercial real estate sector . Develop a strategic vision and long-term plan for corporate real estate and workplace design initiatives. . Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and best practices in workplace design. . Lead a team of designers, architects, and consultants to create inspiring and functional corporate real estate and workplace designs. . Provide design direction, guidance, and feedback to ensure the team\'s work meets the company\'s standards and objectives. . Foster a collaborative and innovative design culture within the team. . Manage the entire design process, including initial concept The Successful Applicant 9-14 years of experience in Corporate/Commercial/workplace interior fit-out projects. Bachelor\'s degree in Architecture / Master\'s degree in Architecture Licensure from Council of Architecture - India What\'s on Offer . Tech-savvy and have experience in successfully adopting digital and technology initiatives. . Work in a fast-paced environment without compromising on quality and customer satisfaction. . Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to guide and inspire the design team. . Excellent project management abilities including budgeting, scheduling and resource allocation.
