Job Description
:
1. Plant Maintenance: Plan, monitor & control the maintenance activities of Civil Infrastructure for the entire plant along with Civil & Projects CAPEX
2. Townships Management: Plan, monitor & control the development and maintenance activities of townships for effective availability of all civil infra-structure within the allotted budget
3. Civil Projects & Schemes (If Any) & Improvement Projects:
Administer, monitor & control the Civil Projects & Schemes to attain the organizations overall objective and Identify and implement various projects & schemes to enhance life of civil construction in stipulated time and within allotted budget
4. Planning & Budgeting, Cost Control and improvements
Check for maintenance expenditure to be within budgeted norms and plan and implement execution of improvement actions for cost optimization
5. MIS Reports and Documentation: Ensure timely update of all documents of the section
6. System Management (Safety, Sustainability & WCM): Implement and adhere to statutory compliance related to Safety, Health and Environment & Sustainability and systems like IMS, WCM and ISO
