Responsibilities:
  • Drive customer relationships and revenue generation for embedded financial products (BNPL and Insurance).
  • Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, be the voice of the customer, and ensure program success.
  • Primary KRAs for this role are revenue from embedded products and overall customer success.
  • Thrive in a startup environment, demonstrating a hands-on approach to accomplishing tasks.
  • Moderate travel required.
  • Role will carry a revenue target and a corresponding sales incentive plan


Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in sales and relationship management within banks or NBFCs, with a focus on enterprise customers.
  • Experience in Channel Financing is highly desirable.
