Summary Description
The responsibility of the individual is to manage the business pipeline and funnel for a particular section of customers. The individual is responsible for managing and nurturing existing customer relationships in place and in turn to also develop business opportunities / relationships by cross selling within the existing customers organisation
Experience Requirements
Experience in working in data centre core infrastructure solutions, like power and cooling
Experience in managing a business for a particular region
Key account management experience
Experience in mapping stakeholders across multiple departments
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Job Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
Responsible for managing the revenue in association to the targets set by the company
Needs to manage a validated pipeline
Responsible for driving the strategy in an opportunity
Responsible for mapping the procurement and payment process of the customer
Ensure that the Purchase Order is provided to the Commercial team for further processing and execution
Responsible for preparing the funnel report and keeping the Commercial team updated with regard to forecast of orders expected
Responsible for cross and upselling within an existing enterprise customer
Responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with existing customers
Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the Company's management system
