We support the organization through the delivery of automation solutions, using existing, new and emerging technologies to enhance savings, improve productivity and quality and reduce cost.

The Reporting Analyst will be part of ART Team and has a key role in designing automated solutions report for existing business processes and supports designing reports for all line of business requirements and the organisation’s automation strategy. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Data Warehousing principles and dimensional models; sourcing data from OLTP, SaaS, and OLAP applications
  • Define the business problem and primary objectives of new projects. Identify and validate the key business requirements
  • Design and develop new automation solutions in line with analysis of the current process
  • Perform feasibility analysis and work closely with the project team to prioritise deliverables
  • Create detailed process documentation and translate to Solution Designs by working closely with the development team
  • Ensure full sign-off from relevant business, functional & infrastructure stakeholders
  • Manage delivery & project plans in line with agreed standards/SLAs
  • Supporting existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process
  • Work within project planning constraints, communicate any project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager
  • Identify opportunities and integration with other process automation tools as appropriate
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Reporting Analyst
  • Experience in working with SSRS 2016, SSIS, SSAS
  • Understanding and experience of Health Care / insurance operations
  • Strong technical skillset of SAS and SQL
  • Strong Microsoft Access, Excel, VBA skills
  • Strong communication skills to work with our technical and business partners to communicate findings and analysis
  • Data analysis skills to understand data trends and conduct root cause analysis
  • Required Tools & Platform Exposure:
    • Report Builder
    • Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 - Business Intelligence
    • SQL Server Management Studio
    • Power BI Desktop and Services
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to provide clear explanations and overviews to others (internal and external) of their work efforts
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • A team player who can successfully manage multiple activities, assess priorities and achieve solutions under tight deadlines for themselves
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to lead projects or work streams
  • Ability to interact with business BA on behalf of project teams and the Automation team in general to create a report/dashboard
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Exposure in Visio
  • Working knowledge of Tableau
