You as a Regional Tendering Manager - Asia, will be part of Hitachi Energy business based in the Singapore. Adapt and implement sales support strategy for designated area in accordance with the global support strategy. Ensure technical and commercial support for internal and external customers. Oversee estimations and bids and proposals ensuring alignment with Hitachi Energy standards and targets. Proactively lead, develop and coach the Sales Support team. Support the Sales organization and customers by leading the tendering team and Tender Competence Center (TCC) throughout the proposal process, including preparing technical descriptions of the applied products and technology, determining costs, preparing final documentation, risk review preparation and serving as a key technical and commercial resource in the assigned area. This role will lead a 10-12 team members and reporting into to Senior Vice President & Regional MD of Grid Integration business unit. Your responsibilities
