It monitors vital parameters such as Heart Rate(HR), Respiration Rate(RR), Blood Pressure, Heart Rate Variability, Sleep and Sleep Apnea; accuracy for HR and RR is 98.4%. Dozee aims to provide Connected Health in Every Bed with continuous monitoring of vitals, Early Warning System and patient triaging. Dozee has upgraded over 7500 beds in 300+ hospitals across India monitoring 125K+ patients and saving 200K+ nursing hours. Dozee follows global standards in patient safety, data privacy and cloud security with IEC 60601-1/1-2, ISO 13485:2016 and ISO 27001:2013. (For more information, you may check, Rest Assured , BBC & Forbes India) Your mission, if you choose to accept, will be : On-boarding of hospitals Coordinating with teams to ensure successful implementation of the product and customer success Completion of time to time activities given by the management Taking appropriate measures on time What will your roles and responsibilities be? Strategize to accomplish the planned target & work towards sales growth in the region. Maintain & expand existing business & develop new business opportunities. Timely payment collection. Distributor management: Identify, build, manage and grow an effective network of distributors, liaison agent, consultants to increase product penetration in Private and Government as per organization business and growth objectives. Timely execution of sales/marketing/clinical/regulatory activities in the assigned region. Sales target and KPI target setting. Performance analysis and management. Undertake periodic forecasting for secondary sales. Liaising with hospital purchase/ procurement/ owners/ influencers/ decision makers, C suite clients, to build credible relations and partnerships. Take active lead in Govt tendering process. Develop and maintain sales operating plans that include opportunity map, target accounts, forecast, sales strategies and tactics, resource requirements and strategic commercial plan. Support negotiations and closure of proposals with allocated accounts owned by the sales team. Ensure that the sales operating plan is consistent with overall business goals and the sales pipeline is filled with opportunities at various stages of the selling cycle. Regularly review forecast, pipeline and sales strategies with management. Ensure that opportunities and leads are pursued in a timely way. Lead a team of frontline sales team, build a high performing team, develop and coach them for the current and future roles. Experience in handling a team is a must. What are the key requirements for the role? Having 12-15 years experience with reputed companies. Candidates will have to travel to the assigned region at least 10-12 days in a month.
