We are looking for diverse people with a \'can-do\' attitude and a genuine customer journey approach to join our Grundfos family in Chennai, India.

Reporting directly to the Global Marketing Senior Director, the qualified candidate will lead the regional marketing team driving customer value and business impact of the industry division in IMEA.

Develops and executes regional marketing strategy while making sure alignment with global marketing and commercial priorities, especially targeted towards IEM/OEM customer vertical segment on sustainability intelligent solutions etc. and relevant dealer partner engagement.

Your main accountabilities
Balancing leadership and management, you plan and coordinate your team\'s tasks and resources to maintain an efficient and productive work environment and deliver fast and effective solutions that secures high customer satisfaction. Specifically, your:

• Overall responsible for proposing, developing, and implementing regional marketing activities, accountable for also the regional marketing budget
• Define global vertical and regional marketing strategic initiatives to improve performance as well as secure productivity, ensure alignment with global and regional key stakeholders as well as global and regional commercial priorities
• Maintaining the overall communication framework including wished IND market position, Value proposition towards all relevant personas within all IND application areas and the value selling foundation needed
• Responsible for overall solution promotion related to IMEA IND solution portfolio especially sustainable related solutions and products
• Responsible for the performance of the team through guidance, direction setting and motivation of the workforce
• Select the right people and keep them trained and motivated to add value to Grundfos customers, and secure the right mix of skills
• Secure all processes related to developing, localizing, and implementing marketing activities are maintained and strive to constant improvement, with special attention to staying on top of Digital marketing opportunities in the IND regional market
• Initiate and specify new customer centric development projects, and ensure market deliveries

Proven leadership skills and experience in the marketing space
In this role, you are a leader first and foremost. This means that your effective leadership and interpersonal skills are essential and value behavior driven, as is your innate understanding of world class customer experiences and journey impact. Equally importantly, you are an apt networker with an understanding of influencing stakeholders. We imagine that you:

• Experience developing, implementing processes and activities specifically within marketing
• Experience developing on strategies and strategic initiatives within a complex business environment; experience from a large manufacturing environment is desirable
• Experience operating and growing a team and process preferably within marketing.
• Most likely to have 10+ years of relevant work experience before entering level
• Proven ability to support and influence others
• Comprehensive knowledge of best practices and relevant systems within marketing
