Regional Marketing Manager MNR Solutions Urgently Hiring for Regional Marketing Manager for Education IndustryJob Location ; IndoreQualification : MBAJob Role :- As a Regional Marketing Manager, you should have sound knowledge of BTL and ATL Marketing, good understanding of the local geography. We also expect you to have a creative mind and excellent coordination & stake holder management skill. Responsibilities : - Extending support in developing and execution of annual marketing plan and marketing strategy for the states.- Co-creating media and advertising strategy- ATL, BTL, SM, Digital, CRM, PR & CSR. - Planning, monitoring execution and optimizing Budget Vs Spend across all offline marketing activities.- Working on various regional festivals to create neighborhood brand experience at the respective states.- Coordination with the branches and helping them with various execution of marketing campaigns.- Planning, tracking and optimizing budget vs. spend across all offline marketing activities.- Cross-functional collaboration with Finance, SCM, IT, Legal, Operations and Training to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.- Plan, schedule and execute marketing activities to support the successful operation of events.- This includes pre-event marketing and all activities relating to the event itself- Coordination with regional/HO stakeholder- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practices- Responsible for identifying and closing strategic local partnership opportunities.- Drive offline campaigns from scratch i.e., hiring, training, budgeting, alliances, planning and final implementation/execution while ensuring that desired KPIs are met.- Plan & implement innovative solutions analyzing the competition - Strategic planning and implementation around important occasions and special projects.Interested candidate share CV Or ping me on 9311381368 (ref:updazz.com)
