Role Description As a QSR Chef at Vegandukan, the role involves creating innovative vegan dishes with a focus on fast food/quick service restaurant (QSR) fare. The chef will be responsible for developing recipes, testing menus, and ensuring consistency of dishes across all outlets located in Bengaluru. This is a full-time, on-site role. Qualifications 1-3years of experience in a cloud kitchen/QSR setting Knowledge of vegan cooking and ingredients Experience with recipe creation, menu development, and kitchen management. Ensuring consistency in food quality Ensuring food and kitchen hygiene to meet safety standards Ability to train kitchen staff and work well in a team Degree in Culinary Arts or a related field is preferred Experience with Indian vegan cuisine is preferred Experience with inventory replenishment
