Job Description
Plant HR Head - Manufacturing MNC
- Responsible to lead HR for a manufacturing plant within the defined scope of responsibility, ensuring HR function - proactively enables and supports the achievement of business objectives
- Leading end to end support (recruitment to separation) for all staff positions
- Responsible for managing Unions and long term settlements
- Leading Performance management process for all staff employees
- Compensation management for staff employees
- Leading the L&D and Employee Engagement initiatives for the Plant Site
The Ideal candidate:
- MBA in HR/IR full time is a must, only relevant candidates will be considered
- Diversity candidates will be highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English, and Tamil is a must
- A total of 12-17 years of experience, including experience in a manufacturing set up is a must
- Prior experience in Plant HR is a must
- Experience managing Unionised workforce and experience in Long term settlements is a must
- Experience working with senior business stakeholders
