Plant Finance Head
VNR Advisory has been retained to hire an experienced executive to independently lead the finance function for the manufacturing sites of the group focussed on production of organic fertiliser and yarn from plant extracts. The role will be based at the plant site at Jalgaon and will report to the company's CFO.
Responsibilities:
1. Daily Production/Sales/Stock/Debtors dashboards to CFO & CEO
2. Monthly MIS, Budgets, Rolling forecasting, KPI reporting
3. Optimise working capital
4. Coordinate ERP implementation
5. Guide cost analysis process
6. Maintain strong relationship across functions to ensure good support system
7. Ensure 100% adherence to statutory compliances
8. Monitor Inventory levels to ensure optimisation
Candidate Background:
1. Be a qualified CA
2. Have at least 12 years of experience with at least 5 years in plant finance capacity
3. Experience in leading the finance function for a large complex manufacturing facility
4. Strong analytical, problem solving & organisational abilities
