OPS-IT Support Manager Industry: Courier & Logistic Location: Samalkha, Delhi Days: 6 days working (Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Saturday) _________________________________________________________________ Skills (High Priority): L1/L2 Support || Application Support || SQL (preferred) || End User Application Support || Basic understanding of Database Management || Field Support (preferred) || Desktop Support || Remote Support || Training Capabilities || SDLC || Troubleshooting || SLA (P1, P2, P3, P4) Role Overview: Supporting Zonal and Regional IT Application and Integration requirements Responsibility:

• Understanding the various integration requirements from Zonal/Regional Vendor Customers and help Development team with proper requirements.
• Implementation of various Vendor and Customer integration with help of Zonal/ Regional OPS and Sales Team
• Supporting in Applications setup, configuration and hand holding to Gateway OPS/Customs Team/ Billing Team
• Involve with local Business, OPS, Channel and Sales team to understand the local tactical requirements and connect with central IT team for fast resolutions
• Specialized Training and hand-holding of critical application features, latest system Developments to the local Business, OPS, sales and customer time to time Essential

Skill Set:

• Good knowledge on various Integration methodologies
• Basic understanding on SDLC
• Good experience in T1 level Application support
• Training Capabilities

Desirable Skill Set:

• Basic understanding on Database Management System
• Possesses basic knowledge of client server and Internet systems architectures.
• Understands browser specific compatibility issues.
• Functional Testing capabilities.
• Strong analytical skills, along with validated problem-solving ability, are both a Necessity

Qualifications & Experience:

• A technical Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree with good academic record
• Must have 4+ years of Industry experience in Application support (Previous, relevant management experience in an operations or logistics environment as an IT Support Manager or alternatively as an IT Service Delivery Manager)
• Additionally, previous experience in Linux/Unix support and/or Microsoft Windows support
